"What?? The Monkey King’s staff from legends?" The emperor stood up in shock, looking at the infinitely long staff with wide eyes.

Now Ashen knew why the emperor and everyone was so shocked to know that it was the monkey king’s staff.

His reasoning was simple.

Trying to know about your spirit wasn’t suspicious and since it was an eight-star spirit, there could only be one in the world.

If there was a legend about it, anyone would be curious to know about it.

The first elder also found his request reasonable.

"Young Lord, I’ll try my best to tell you all that I know about the monkey king." The first elder said before starting.
