CLASH!!!
The crimson swords of the Blood Knights clashed against the Holy Spears the Demons wielded. The Vampires were clearly at an advantage here in terms of Stats and Skill.
However, despite their overwhelming superiority, their numbers weren’t as high. While there were over fifty Demons fighting, led by an incredibly talented spear-wielding Demon, the Blood Knights were only twelve, led only by a Magician Blood Knight, the twin sister of Asparthes, Emiliette.
Even then, with numbers alone, it would be utterly impossible to win against twelve Blood Knights! After all, in a world of stats and skills, quality was always better than quantity. Twelve Blood Knights were more than enough to massacre a whole country of weaklings.
However, things were, as stated before, much different! After having not only absorbed many Blood Thrall Cores, but these Demons were also no longer just weak mortals; they had ascended into the Awakened.
With Demonic Stigmas covering their bodies, Skills were activated, and where one attack was unleashed, two came out instead, covered in both holy and demonic energy together!
CRASH! CRASH!
“Urgh...! W-What are those Skills?!”
One of the Blood Knights was already being overwhelmed; ten Demons were constantly attacking him, surrounding him, and distracting him as others attacked into his weak points—the crevices in between his armor!
“RAAAAH!This is for the daughter you took from ME!”
One of the largest of the Demon Warriors roared, a large, muscular woman who wielded a single silver-colored spear. Her strike reached the Blood Knight by surprise, piercing through his neck not once but twice!
CRASH! CRASH!
“ARGH...!”
The Vampire groaned in agony as his tattered body fell to his knees, his entire head suddenly rolling over the ground as blood splattered everywhere. After several minutes of fighting and many being lethally wounded, a Blood Knight was taken down!
The ruined towns suddenly fell silent as the entire battle between the Demon Warriors and the Vampires that had arrived just a few minutes ago stopped altogether.
The scream of one of the Blood Knights filled the demons with incredible amounts of morale! It meant that what they’d been fighting for was achievable.
That survival was not just a dream!
“I-Impossible...!” The purple haired Vampiress groaned in utter disbelief. The twin sister of Asparthes, Emiliette, tightly grasped her longsword as she glanced at the rest of the demons. “How dare you filthy mortals behead one of my men?!”
With a furious hissing scream, the Vampiress reached into the Demons, swinging her huge sword as she loaded it with her Blood Energy!
“DIE! {Blood Wrath}!!!”
SLAAASH!
An explosion of blood energy erupted from her great sword as she swung it horizontally, the crimson energy reaching the Demons and blowing them away!
BOOOM!
“You bitch!”
Inferna roared furiously, rushing towards Emiliette and swinging her spear towards her, striking her a dozen times in the back!
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
“Tch...! Your blows are nothing but feeble!”
Emiliette laughed maliciously as she intercepted Inferna’s attacks and then kicked her stomach the moment she gave her an opening.
BAAAM!
“URGH...!?”
Inferna was thrown away like a fragile ragdoll, vomiting blood and falling onto the ground, her armor having gained several cracks, yet it was still strong.
The Vampiress walked towards her, pointing her great sword as she started conjuring Demonic Runes, beginning to load her sword with as much Blood Energy as she had.
“While my brother is massacring your little friend, I’ll make sure to kill you and everyone here...” The Vampiress smiled. “You Demons are nothing but cattle, made for our survival. Why don’t you understand that your lives possess little value in comparison to ours? Instead of being content with being protected by us as you serve your purposes, you dare rebel against our orders and dare fight us. Unconceivable. Today, you all will learn your place.”
She raised her great sword as it suddenly grew three times its original size, blazing with crimson energy until it resembled a tower of blood.
“And that place is on our plates, as food!!!”
SLAAASH!
Her vertical slashing attack reached Inferna, as the Demon girl was incapable of evading nor blocking the enormous wave of crimson energy reaching her, completely engulfing her in a gigantic explosion.
She was wearing crimson armor too, and with her shapeshifting abilities, she was able to fake herself as a Blood Knight in the middle of the battle, helping her buy time so she could properly divide her body into tiny slimes to help everyone.
Anna knew of one of the Doppelganger’s greatest weaknesses: their inability to naturally regenerate Mana and Health. However, thanks to Hel’s Grimoire, she gained a whopping +10k MP, enough to last her for the rest of the day, and with Healing Touch, she could easily heal her injuries.
It was the perfect build for a Doppelganger!
“I can.” Inferna nodded, standing back up as her spear started to glow, her Demonic Energy flowing inside of it. “Can we beat her, Miss Slime?”
“Miss Slime?” The Doppelganger laughed. “Well, I am much weaker than the real Anna... And I can’t use her Privileges either. But it should be possible, as long as you give me a bit of your support.”
“Count on me!” Inferna nodded.
“W-What are you muttering so much about?!” Emiliette roared with utter fury. “I am getting tired of you and your damn tricks...” Her Aura started erupting with a greater quantity of demonic energy and blood energy. “You know something? Between me and my brother... who do you think is much stronger?”
“She’s coming.” Doppelganger Anna said as Emiliette slowly started to walk towards them.
“Usually, you would think it would be the brother, right?” Laughed Emiliette. “But I’ll tell you a secret: between vampires, females are always much stronger. Because we are the matriarchs, we can create new Vampires through our bite, something males usually can’t do. So, naturally, I am several times stronger than my feeble and cute little brother...”
FLASH!
The Vampiress suddenly disappeared, rushing towards Inferna and Anna as she resembled a blur of crimson light, her eyes glowing with malice and wrath as her sword unleashed a barrage of explosive attacks!
CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!
RUMBLE!
The ground below shook as her powerful strikes reached Anna and Inferna. The two girls worked together as Anna conjured several Celestial Sunlight Blades that intercepted the Vampiress’ attacks, generating explosions of light that burned her eyes and skin, while Inferna ran around her, her spear quickly rushing towards her neck!
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
“You tricky little...!”
Emiliette noticed Inferna’s presence behind her and instantly spun her entire body, rushing towards Inferna and aiming to slice her in two halves with her huge great sword!
However, Inferna ducked in that very moment as Anna smiled, gathering Necrotic Energy, Phantasmal Energy, and Celestial Energy together!
“You shouldn’t have given me your back.”
The energies converged together—energies that usually wouldn’t be compatible at all! However, that was the very point of their fusion—to distort the energies and create something much more dangerous!
TRUUM!
A huge sphere of swirling black, gray, red, and purple energy emerged from Anna’s conjuration, hitting Emiliette’s back and blowing her away, half her armor completely gone!
BOOOM!!!
“URGH...?!”
The Vampiress vomited blood, falling to the ground as she noticed a large chunk of her back was missing. Although it only took a few seconds for tendrils to emerge, they began to regenerate her large wound.
“T-That was... You can’t possibly be serious! How can YOU wield the power of Chaos?!”
The Vampiress was left completely stupefied at what Anna had conjured. Not anybody could just combine completely opposite energies and create a perfect Sphere of Chaos as Anna did!
Such a thing took an incredible amount of precision, mastery over magic, and, above all, the ability to conjure Runic Arrangements almost instantaneously.
But with a Skill like [Great Sorceress], there was no such problem.
“Oh, with this Mana Pool, I can do much more than that!” Anna smiled. “Being a Doppelganger means that my body is a High-Ranking Demon! The Chaos Attribute Affinity comes included already, so the conjuration of this magic is even easier than if the real Anna tried to do this!”
As she thought that, five blades materialized, created out of swirling chaos!
“{Chaos Blades}!”
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

Author Note (PLEASE READ): Okay so real talk, in a couple of days I might post a new novel, it will be VRMMORPG, Romcom, and BL! Yes, you read right, it will be BL (BOYS LOVE, YAOI), and I am not going to ask you read it or something. Let's say I am just telling you about it, yes, I write all kinds of genres, and I will continue doing so. Once I post that novel, I am hoping not to see people sending me messages about how I could dare write that which is so unlike my other novels (It happened with Heavenly Empress for some dumb reason too). So I'm just telling you, informing you.
Also, it won't be like usual yaoi stories either, the protagonist is the top, not the bottom. Also the bottom is the cutest femboy you could ever imagine, not just another manly dude. Also there will be a great emphasis on LitRPG progression and action. I will announce when I post it on several sites, I dont really expect anything from it, I am purely writing it out of joy and for my own entertainment. But I hope someone will give it a try if you don't mind the tags.
Anyways, that's all, I know its a big wall of text and nobody is going to read it, but when you come complaining to me about it, I will just tell you to read this.
