That tricky bastard, making me secretly put in my will that my descendants aren't allowed to worship me... otherwise, he'd take advantage of me."@@@@
Jameson spoke honestly, as if he had become an entirely different person. He continued, "The dragon scale here is part of his plan as well. With Miyaas's help, I was able to borrow some of the power from the dragon scale to guide you to his remains. But because of the scale, I was turned to stone."
Having gotten answers to the most pressing questions, Rita asked, "So, what do you want to trade for? Why should I let you win?"
This was a joke. She had barely managed to suppress her anger and resentment toward The White Family, and now Jameson wanted her to cooperate with them?
Jameson quickly noticed the look of frustration and murderous intent on her face, and he didn't try to make things complicated. He laid out his purpose and bargaining chips directly: "I can give you the treasure that Miyaas dropped when he arrived on Blue Star. There are seven items in total, two of which Miyaas spent until his last day trying to find. Plus, I know where Miyaas's most important lair is, written in his Life Records."
"My conditions are simple. From now on, The White Family will be at your service. We can be your sword or your whip, doing all the dirty and tiring work. You'll be getting a great deal—just enjoy the fun in your bed, don't worry about anything... No, no, I meant, my lord, please give this humble servant a chance!!"
Rita realized now why Jameson had gone through so many time-reversals—he had learned to play his cards more wisely.
"I don't know why you have a grudge against The White Family, and I'm not interested in your secrets. But I do know that you want to quell your anger with the blood and misfortune of your enemies. But what about their loyalty?"
"You can trust our loyalty because we have no choice but to choose you."
Could they be friends? With Zoey around, Sanchez couldn't form a genuine friendship with Rick. After all, Rick's twisted luck and schemes would have tipped him off, and nothing was more important to Rick than his wife—especially with The White Family's role in keeping The Lopez Family in check.

Rita had only seen Sanchez's brutality, but Ariana would have seen the suffering beneath.
No wonder Sanchez had been so volatile, always on edge, ready to explode. The anger she directed at Rita was a symptom of deeper pain—she hated Rick, but she could never let it go, always building up more resentment, even when he was a mere trophy to her.
It all clicked into place for Rita—so that's what it was with Sanchez.
