Nessa and the demon were about to leave the castle's yard to go and meet with Mikala but at the same time, they saw her talking to Kyle at the entrance gate and Nessa's brows furrowed then both of them approached them.
Mikala looked at them, as did Kyle and Nessa's eyes narrowed as she looked at him and he glanced at her with a smile on his face and Nessa clenched her right fist.
'What the hell is he up to?' Nessa wondered and Mikala tapped her on her shoulder and she glanced at the girl, who smiled at her.
"What's going on here?" Nessa asked and Kyle turned to her.
"What do you think Nessa? You seem..." He responded and a smirk appeared on her face as she looked at him.
"I seem what?" She asked and his brows furrowed as he looked at her, feeling a bit different from when he was talking to certain people.
"It's nothing, you are just too weird for me to deal with right about now," He responded and she chuckled as she looked at him.
"Look at yourself first before calling me out like that, in what way aren't you weird? Or is there something else?" She asked and a smirk appeared on his face as he looked at her.
"Not, there is nothing else, not even a little bit, being weird is not such a bad thing after all," He responded as he walked past Adora and the demon's eyes narrowed as he looked at him.
"You are right about that, also I suggest that you start preparing for the ball tonight, it is going to be a good one in other term and a dun one as well," Nessa said and he chuckled then left, before briefly raising his hand, waving at them.
"That was a bit awkward, that much I have to say, now shall we get going?" Mikala asked.
"What was he talking to you about? If that's okay with you of course," Nessa said and Mikala smiled at her.
Upon arriving in the city, Nessa smiled, while looking around, seeing how happy some of the people were and she went to a chocolate shop and the demon looked at her.
"Guys, someone just took a little detour," The demon said and the others stopped walking then turned around and saw her by the chocolate shop and Mikala smiled at her.
"So, she is a chocolate lover?" Zack asked and the demon glanced at her.
"Uh... I guess she may be," He responded and Zack scoffed.
"Learn more about the one you work with bro, it will be better for you, that I can assure you," Zack said and the demon nodded.
When Nessa finished buying what she wanted to, she approached the others then smiled and Mikala laughed.
"Let's go get our gowns, then we will head back once we are done and get ready for tonight," Mikala said.
"Mikala, you have to be prepared to do whatever it took to protect your kingdom once the king steps down, you know that right?" Nessa asked and Mikala sighed.
"Yeah, I know," She responded.
"Even if it means killing the ones that are trying to cause harm to it?" Nessa asked and Mikala lowered her gaze as they stopped at a popular dress shop.
"Maybe with time I will learn more about that and et use to the idea, but I know, so yes," She responded and Nessa patted her on the shoulder.
"Let's go on," Mikala said as Nessa was thinking about the others things she needed to tell the girl, then they went into the dress shop to start their shopping and get it over with, while trouble was getting stirred in the air, one which would take light very soon.
