The struggle tugged on for seven whole days, and during those seven days the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea never ceased its tumultuous waves, birthing monsters that attacked incessantly.

As the Nine-Snake Mother Tree continued its fusion, a substantial amount of the blood sea was siphoned away, making the reactions within the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea even more violent.

Su Han's eyes narrowed, as the more blood sea the Nine-Snake Mother Tree fused with, the more violent the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea reacted. The attacking strength now had reached the Third Order.

As the waves steadily approached the shore, the Insectoid Titan stood firm on the beachfront, with monsters attacking all around. Its six arms swung, unleashing Shock Impact with its punches, booming loudly, parting the sea of blood.

The waves, a hundred meters away as if struck by a heavy blow, dissipated quickly, and the monster riding the tide became nothing more than a scattering of blood in the onslaught.

The Insectoid Titan shattered the greatest offensive, but there were still plenty of monsters surging in the shallow water, rushing ashore.

Su Han, clad in the Floating Pagoda Black Armor, found himself surrounded by the incoming beasts, with hundreds dragging the blood-red seawater, charging towards him in great strides.

Two Spirit Melding Vortexes flanked his sides, and a shadow of a scythe appeared in his hands.

The sharp blade swept by, and with his swift movement, all approaching monsters were cleaved in twain. His right hand took the form of a massive Claw akin to a Corpse Ghost, and with a solid grasp, he caught the monsters in his hand, then the Spirit Meld Talent continuously devoured Spiritual Energy.

His prior explorations on the frontier, although not leaving him wounded, had all but depleted the accumulated monster souls in his Sea of Consciousness.

Not long after the breakthrough, the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea seemed jolted awake, with hundred-meter tall waves rising flatly, booming like thunder, rolling in from near the sea.

On the crest of the waves, blood-colored whales surged, two massive beasts jostling to rush forward. Though resembling whales, their teeth were sharp and saw-like, and their auras formidable, clearly Fourth-Order Blood Sea monsters.

Su Han suddenly smiled, the Nine-Snake Mother Tree's vines surged violently before plunging into the water.

With a whooshing sound, nine python-sized Vine Snakes undulated, rising above the sea's surface, their immense bodies striking out, extinguishing both the Blood Sea giant whales and their waves in a struggle.

The aura of the Nine-Snake Mother Tree swept across the blood sea, the Blood Sea roiling as if provoked, with chaotic Psychic Fluctuations.

"It's time to leave."

Su Han's eyebrows twitched as he summoned back the three Angel Envoys -- the Insectoid Titan, the Mother Worm, and the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon -- with the Book of Blood Spirit.

The Nine-Snake Mother Tree shrank to its Treant Form, with vast vine arms lifting Su Han, and then it strode out of the extraplanar space.

The initial fusion was complete, and although the Nine-Snake Mother Tree had not broken through to the Fourth Order Superior, the simple LV1 Spiritual Energy Blood Sea had brought two new Skills and one Skill Advancement, proving the high value of the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea.

More than that, beyond these Skills, the greatest surprise was the gains from outside of them.

Control over the extraplanar space.

The extraplanar space, the blood sea, and the turbulent Spiritual Energy itself were originally chaotically intertwined.

After the initial completion, Su Han was surprised to find that the erosive force of the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea on the Nine-Snake Mother Tree seemed to have weakened.

And somehow, the Nine-Snake Mother Tree's perception of the entire extraplanar space had vaguely improved, as if it was gradually adapting to the environment.

It was just the beginning, but Su Han thought of the Blood Sea Demon. Considering the Blood Sea Demon's influence over the extraplanar space, he wondered if the Nine-Snake Mother Tree could also seize control by fusing with the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea?
